Resources for older children
The Nuffield have provided some free resources to help children manage anxiety and deal with the covid crisis, including a wellbeing journal . This also provides useful advice for home schooling and a parents’ guide to kids’ emotional wellbeing.
Family activity suggestions
- Get outside! Go for a family walks and bike rides
- Plant some seeds and watch them grow
- Messy play- paint, shaving foam, water play, homemade play dough. Check out indoor activity ideas for play dough, bath bombs and slime.
- Craft activities on rainy days
